  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and wellness products cannot be returned once opened.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
